Want to Exercise but Need Accountability?The weather is starting to cool off, the air smells fresh and clean, and you are ready to gain fitness after the long summer but you need some motivation. Welcome to this year’s walking challenge, a six-week challenge that provides knowledge about best practices to maintain brain health and the accountability to stick to a walking/exercise regimen. Our motivating program allows community-building through social media, provides an opportunity for group coaching by conference call and gives the structure you need to develop brain healthy habits based in science.
