The weather is starting to cool off, the air smells fresh and clean, and you are ready to gain fitness after the long summer but you need some motivation. Welcome to this year’s walking challenge, a six-week challenge that provides knowledge about best practices to maintain brain health and the accountability to stick to a walking/exercise regimen. “This has been an amazing Challenge. I never knew when I joined the walking challenge that it would bring my family in support of me. My husband continues to walk with me daily and my daughter and family joins me at the park once or twice per week. What a joy! Thank you, Tracey, for all of your support and I look forward to the next challenge.” – Rita Roman, Tampa, FL
