I am thrilled with the Coaching Services I received from Tracey. I was at a crossroads - going back to work, my weight, and overall wellness. Tracey listened to me. She heard what I needed and was able to provide me with lots of pertinent information and help me locate other referrals. With Tracey’s help, my goals are no longer ideas, but an action items that has been put into place. I still have a way to go, but having someone coaching you along the way is a wonderful gift to yourself.
